Your own CRM, fintech or internal chain system: we connect it to ORDR and the POS over one protocol.
ORDR setup is paid once, by every new client: we deploy your own ORDR system, launch a website under your brand and do the initial setup — cities, locations, menu, payment types, SMS login. POS, aggregators and extra channels are connected separately, at one-time service prices.
None of them: 1–2 locations get their own plan with everything in “Growth” — ₸40,000 a month for one location and ₸70,000 for two. The Start, Growth and Chain plans are for chains of 3+ locations.
No, orders are unlimited in every plan. Plans differ in features, not in order count.
In the client account: by card online, via Kaspi or by bank transfer against an invoice. All invoices and payment history are there too.
A certificate of completed work and an electronic invoice (ESF) for every payment. The documents appear in the client account.
Yes, with a request from the client account. Additions are billed right away for the rest of the period. Reductions apply from the next period.
On a monthly invoice, as used: how many SMS and messenger messages went to guests. They are not included in any plan.
From 3 months. Paid for 6 months, the plan price is 10% lower; for 12 months — 20% lower. The discount is calculated from the 3-month price.
