Orders from every channel — straight into iiko

ORDR connects to your iiko directly. Orders from your website, aggregators and messengers reach the kitchen on their own, and iiko menus and stop lists become the menu for every channel.

How we integrate with iiko

ORDR connects to your iiko with an access key from your iiko account. Nothing is installed on the till.

Sales channels

  • Website
  • App
  • Wolt Marketplace
  • Yandex.Eda
  • WhatsApp
  • Call centre
ORDRAn order with a number and history
  • ORDR → iikoOrdersItems, modifiers, address and payment, just like a regular till order. If the till doesn't respond, ORDR retries.
  • iiko → ORDRMenus and stop listsDishes, sizes, modifiers and locations. Stop lists sync both ways.
  • iiko → ORDRStatuses and couriers“Accepted” only after the till confirms, then cooking, ready, on the way. iiko couriers appear on the dispatch desk map.

What changes in the restaurant

Without integration

  • The cashier re-enters tablet orders into iiko
  • Stop lists are changed in each dashboard separately
  • A forgotten modifier means a guest complaint
  • Website and aggregator orders are counted by hand

With ORDR

  • An order from any channel lands in iiko on its own
  • The iiko stop list applies everywhere at once
  • Order items reach the kitchen unchanged
  • Every channel in iiko and ORDR reports

How we connect iiko

The ORDR team does it all — you only provide access to the POS.

  1. 1

    Request and demo

We show on your menu how an order reaches the kitchen.

  2. 2

    Access to iiko

You issue an access key to iiko, and we add it to ORDR.

  3. 3

    Menu and locations

We match dishes and locations, then check with a test order.

  4. 4

    Orders go to iiko

We switch on the channels. The kitchen works as before.

We'll connect iiko to your channels

On the demo we'll show how an order from your website, Wolt Marketplace or WhatsApp reaches the kitchen without re-entry.
