Kaspi payments — in your own channel
The guest pays with Kaspi right when ordering: an invoice in the Kaspi app, a link or a QR code. The paid order goes to the kitchen on its own.
How we integrate with Kaspi Pay
ORDR connects to Kaspi Pay under your contract with Kaspi. The BIN is set for each legal entity or location.

What changes in the restaurant
Without integration
- Guests transfer money by phone number, and payments are checked by hand
- The cashier searches for the transfer in the bank statement
- Unpaid orders go to the kitchen
With ORDR
- The Kaspi invoice reaches the guest on its own
- Only paid orders go to the kitchen
- Each payment is tied to its order in reports
How we connect Kaspi Pay
The ORDR team does it all — you provide a contract with a bank or payment provider.
- 1
Request and demo
We show payment through the guest's eyes and the money's path to the till.
- 2
Keys from the bank
We add Kaspi Pay keys to ORDR by legal entity, city or location.
- 3
Payment type in the POS
We map the payment to a POS payment type so the shift balances.
- 4
Payments are live
We check with a test payment and switch it on.

On the demo we'll show how a guest pays in a couple of taps and the paid order goes to the kitchen on its own.
