Card payments — via TipTopPay

Guests pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the restaurant's website and app. The money comes to you, and the paid order goes to the kitchen on its own.

How we integrate with TipTopPay

ORDR connects to TipTopPay with the keys from your contract, separate ones for each legal entity.

What changes in the restaurant

Without integration

  • The courier waits for payment on delivery
  • Online payments are matched to orders by hand
  • An unpaid order hangs around and gets in the kitchen's way

With ORDR

  • Guests pay by card in a couple of taps
  • Each payment is tied to its order
  • An unpaid invoice expires on its own

How we connect TipTopPay

The ORDR team does it all — you provide a contract with a bank or payment provider.

  1. 1

    Request and demo

We show payment through the guest's eyes and the money's path to the till.

  2. 2

    Keys from the bank

We add TipTopPay keys to ORDR by legal entity, city or location.

  3. 3

    Payment type in the POS

We map the payment to a POS payment type so the shift balances.

  4. 4

    Payments are live

We check with a test payment and switch it on.

We'll connect TipTopPay to your channels

On the demo we'll show how a guest pays in a couple of taps and the paid order goes to the kitchen on its own.
