1. Who processes the data

The owner and operator of the data is the legal entity listed under «Company details and contacts» (ORDR). The policy applies to the ORDR website, the client dashboard and the partner dashboard.

2. What data we collect

— From connection and partnership applications: name, phone, email, venue or company name, number of locations, products of interest, comment. — From WhatsApp chats, calls and emails: the content of the request and contact details. — In the dashboards: names and contact details of users, company details — legal name, BIN or IIN, address, bank details. — Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, referring page, campaign tags (UTM) and the partner referral tag.

3. Why we process it

— To follow up on an application, run a demo and prepare an offer. — To conclude and perform the agreement: issue invoices, acts and electronic invoices. — To calculate the reward of the partner who referred the client. — To provide technical support. — To improve the website and understand which channels bring applications.

4. Legal grounds

Consent a person gives by submitting an application or starting a conversation with ORDR; conclusion and performance of the agreement; ORDR's obligations under the tax and accounting laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Data of venue guests

Guest data that a venue collects through ORDR products — orders, contact details, delivery addresses — belongs to the venue. The venue is the owner and operator of this data; ORDR processes it on the venue's behalf and only to provide the services. Guests should direct questions about such data to the venue.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with those who help us provide the services — hosting providers, payment systems, notification services, accounting software, a web analytics service — and only to the extent needed for the task. The ORDR partner who referred a client sees the client's legal name and BIN or IIN, plan, connected products, status and payments. The client's bank details, address, contacts, requests and users are not visible to the partner. With public authorities — only upon a request based on law.

7. Where and how long data is stored

Data is stored on servers in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Agreement data is kept for the periods set by tax and accounting laws; application data is kept while it is needed to stay in touch, but no longer than 3 years after the last contact.

8. Cookies and browser storage

The website remembers the partner referral tag in a cookie for 90 days so that the application is assigned to the partner who invited you, and keeps campaign tags in browser storage until the end of the session. To understand how visitors use the website, we use Yandex Metrica. It sets its own cookies and collects visit data: pages viewed, referral source, device and browser, IP address, clicks and scrolling, while Webvisor records actions on the page. Webvisor does not record application form fields. Yandex processes this data on its own servers outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the website will keep working.

9. How we protect data

Only employees who need it for their work have access to the data. Data is transferred over a secure connection. Every ORDR client has its own instance and its own database.

10. Your rights

You may find out whether ORDR holds your personal data and obtain it; require it to be corrected, blocked or deleted; withdraw consent to processing; appeal ORDR's actions to the authorised body or in court. How to delete your data is described in the «Data deletion» document.

11. Changes to the policy

ORDR may update this policy and publishes the new version on this page. The version date is shown at the top of the document.
