ORDR Analytics and marketing — every channel in one report

An order from the website, the app, the dining room, an aggregator or a messenger first becomes an ORDR order, with its channel, guest, location and payment. So analytics sees the whole chain at once, without exports from the POS and aggregator dashboards.

How the data comes together in one report

Nothing to connect separately: analytics comes with every ORDR product. The more channels run through ORDR, the fuller the picture.

Where the data comes from

What you can analyse

When every channel runs through ORDR, each order carries its channel, guest, location, payment and delivery. That gives you reports no pile of exports can produce, and any of them can be rebuilt in the report builder and exported.

  • Sales channels

Revenue, orders and average bill for each channel: website, app, Telegram Mini App, call centre, QR menu in the dining room, aggregators, WhatsApp.

  • Locations

Location KPIs side by side, compared in one click. The ORDR / +iiko switch shows channel orders together with till sales.

  • Dishes

ABC/XYZ: which items drive revenue, which sell steadily and which can come off the menu.

  • Guests

One guest across every channel, matched with the POS guest by phone, with order history. RFM: who comes back and who drifts away.

  • Abandoned carts

At which step orders are lost and what it costs, plus warm leads with cart contents and contact.

  • Delivery

Courier service reports: how many orders your own couriers, Wolt Drive, Yandex Go and Glovo On-Demand delivered and what delivery cost.

  • Marketing

Which campaign, promo code and UTM tag brought orders and revenue; where guests come to the website and app from and how many of them order.

  • Reviews

Ratings by order and by dish in one inbox: an unhappy guest writes to you first, not to the map.

    From the Chain plan

What changes in the restaurant

Without integration

  • The report is pieced together from POS exports, aggregator dashboards and spreadsheets
  • One guest in different channels looks like different people
  • No way to tell which channel and which campaign pay off

With ORDR

  • Every channel and location in one dashboard
  • One guest across every channel, with order history
  • You see what a channel, campaign and promo code brought in

How we connect ORDR Analytics and marketing

No need to connect analytics separately: it comes with every ORDR product. The ORDR team sets it all up.

  1. 1

    Request and demo

We show the dashboard on a chain the size of yours.

  2. 2

    Channels go live

We move your website, dining room, aggregators and messengers onto ORDR, and each channel lands in reports right away.

  3. 3

    Guests matched with POS

We link the guest base with the POS by phone, so a guest is one person across every channel.

  4. 4

    Reports from day one

Dashboard, segments and report builder in the ORDR admin.

We'll show all your channels in one report

On the demo we'll build a dashboard on a chain the size of yours and show which channel makes money.
